Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use regexwear.com or buy from Regex (“we”), a brand based in Israel. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Orders

Your order is a request to buy. It's accepted when we send the order confirmation email (stage: Committed). We may cancel an order and refund it in full, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or a payment looks fraudulent.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. US sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by PayPal, including card payments. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.

Made to order

Each piece is printed for you after you order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment, and small variations in print placement are normal for this process. Each piece is checked before it ships.

Shipping

Build and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Rates and timelines are on the Shipping page.

Cancellations, exchanges and returns

You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering. All sales are otherwise final, with a paid size exchange and free replacement for misprints or damage. Statutory cancellation rights in the EU, UK and Israel apply. The full rules are in Exchanges & Returns.

Designs and content

The Regex name, wordmark, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Regex. You may not copy or resell them without written permission. Some designs reference phrases from tech culture as parody and commentary. They aren't endorsed by, or affiliated with, any company they mention.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
