The work was finished, then finished again, then assigned a version number. For developers whose commit history keeps a more honest record than their project updates.
Clean front. Loud back. A small REGEX wordmark sits on the chest, with the main line across the back. One ink per garment. Comes in Black with white ink or White with black ink.
The joke, explained
A Git commit records a snapshot of changes, and the message describes that change. Final final v2 is funny because it insists the work is finished while announcing another revision. The familiar command turns a small naming habit into evidence that software rarely respects the word final.
For the teammate who has committed the final version several times.

Questions
Why does the commit message need both final and v2?
The repeated final tries to declare the work complete, while v2 admits another revision happened. That contradiction is recognizable to anyone who has kept polishing a supposedly finished change.
Will someone reading commit history recognize the command?
The printed git commit command uses a message flag followed by the revision joke. A developer familiar with saving changes in Git should recognize both its shape and its irony.
